Admission Procedure

Getting Admitted

1. Inquiry & Research

  • School Visit or Open Day: Parents and prospective students can  visit to school and learn more about the school’s environment.

2. Application Form

  • Obtain an Application Form:  Parents or guardians can obtain an application form, either online or in person. This form typically asks for basic information like the child’s name, age, grade level, and contact details.
  • Submit Required Documents: Along with the application form, Parents are requested to submit the following  supporting documents such as:
    • Birth certificate
    • Passport-sized photographs
    • Previous school reports or transcripts (if applicable)
    • Medical records
    • Proof of residence (e.g., utility bills)
    • Parent/guardian identification

3. Entrance Test or Evaluation

  • Entrance Exam: After submission of form students is required to give an entrance exam to assess the child’s academic ability. This can include tests in subjects like mathematics, language, or general knowledge.
  • Interview: After entrance test an  interview is conducted  for the student and/or their parents to assess their suitability and alignment with the school’s values.

4. Shortlisting & Results

  • Shortlisting: After reviewing the application form, entrance test results, and interview outcomes, the school will decide whether to accept the applicant.
  • Notification of Results: Schools usually notify parents via email, phone, or an official letter whether the student has been admitted or placed on a waiting list.

5. Acceptance & Registration

  • Acceptance Letter: If the student is accepted, the school will issue an official acceptance letter, which may include a deadline for confirming acceptance.
  • Payment of Fees: Schools typically require parents to pay a registration fee or initial deposit to confirm the child’s seat.
  • Documents Submission: Final documents, such as proof of medical fitness, school transfer certificates (if applicable), and others may be requested at this stage.

 

6. Commencement of Classes

  • Start of Classes: Once the formalities are completed, the student can start attending school on the designated date.

Application forms will be provided along with the prospectus, all the formalities given in the form must be completed before submission. Admission will be given as per academic committee’s decision and norms.

NURSERY : 3 Years

LKG : 4 Years

UKG : 5 Years

CLASS I : 6 Years

Students will have to wear prescribed school uniform in the school. Student coming without proper school uniform will not be allowed to attend the classes.
